Baked Stuffed Chicken In White Wine Butter Sauce
Serves: 8 and is paired well with Maize Valley Mad Cow (sweet) or Hanky Panky Wines
Ingredients:
8 Medium to Large Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 box of prepared stuffing mix
1½ cup Maize Valley White Wine
2 cups Melted Butter
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1½ tsp. Garlic Salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF after preparing stuffing. Cut open chicken and pack with stuffing. Pour the white wine into a large baking pan then place the chicken breasts into the pan. Mix melted butter and garlic salt then pour over the chicken. Sprinkle the tops of the chicken with cinnamon, cover the dish and place in oven for one hour at 375ºF.
