Green Beans With Sundried Tomatoes
Serves: 4 as a side dish
Ingredients:
1 lb. Green Beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch lengths
3 Tbs. Sun Dried Tomatoes
2 oz. Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper
2 oz. Freshly Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 oz. Slivered Almonds
Directions:
Add olive oil to large frying pan on medium heat then add green beans. Add a pinch of kosher salt and pepper. Cover with lid and allow to cook for a few minutes. Add sun dried tomatoes and almonds while stirring, then replace lid and allow to cook for a few more minutes until done.
After serving on plate, garnish with mozzarella.
