Maize Valley Apple Wine

We start with fresh, locally grown apples that are pressed so all the delicious juices are captured.  Then we ferment into a deliciously crisp, light wine that smells of Granny Smith apples.  Our apple wine supplies very closely resembles a slightly sweet Riesling and pairs well with a slow cooked pork roast.
