Aged in American oak barrels, our Cabernet Sauvignon products exhibit rich currant and black cherry flavors which are balanced by smooth tannins and soft vanilla oak notes. Cabernet Sauvignon is enjoyable now but will reward those who cellar it for 3-5 years. This wine should be served at room temperature.
