Garden Fresh sliders and Mozzarella/Proscuitto rolls

Bite size fresh veggies on mini bread rounds, plus fresh mozzarella rolled with proscuitto and fresh basil, topped with fresh tomatoes on crackers.  Paired with Sinfully White Wine.

 

 

Just picked tossed salad

All the delicious flavors of summer tossed with our own salad dressing.

Paired with Maize Valley Chardonel

 

Gazpacho

           Fresh tomatoes, blended with assorted fresh vegetables, peppers, jalapenos. 

Wonderful served with Maize Valley LaCrescent

 

Apricot Glazed Pork Medallions

Pork medallions cooked over the grill then smothered with an

apricot/mango glaze.  Delicious with Maize Valley's Red Blend

 

Peach Pie Twisters with Homemade Ice Cream

Fresh baked mini peach pies served with delicious homemade ice cream.  Paired with

Maize Valley White Sangria.
