Our vintner’s dinners started in 2010 and are held the third Thursday of every month. The dinner features new wines, new food and new friends.
This popular event has been a sell out every month, sometimes selling out weeks in advance.
The five course meal is a culinary adventure that will pair Maize Valley wines with delicious, homegrown, local foods. Yes - we have crops that we are harvested in the winter. Each course will be accompanied by a Maize Valley wine.
This is your opportunity to learn a little more about the wine-making process, to taste and explore new wines and learn how they complement and enhance the foods they are paired with, and a chance to make new friends.
Winemaker Todd Vaughan will be on hand to explain a little more about the wine-making process as well as why and how he chose the food and wine pairings for the vintners dinner.
Reservations and advance payments are necessary for this event - the base cost for this five course meal and all corresponding wines is $40 per person including tax and gratuity.
